Job functions

Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain proactive conversations with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Relationship Building: Building trust with customers and keeping an eye on their pain points.
Objection Handling: Experience of handling objections and creating ways to turn a no, maybe into a YES.
Consultative Selling: Conduct effective discovery calls to educate prospects and recommend best-fit services based on their unique situations.
Closing Deals: Conducting effective sales calls and closing the deal right there and then.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, update prospect information, and manage all activity through HubSpot CRM.
Performance Tracking: Hit or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications and requirements

Experience: 2+ years in inside sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
CRM Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Communication Skills: Native or near-native English fluency, with exceptional written and verbal communication.
Tech Fluency: Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Sales Discipline: Proven ability to handle consistent call volumes and convert leads within a structured, goal-oriented environment.

What Does a Typical Day Look like

Your day will be a mix of outbound and inbound outreach, connecting with potential clients to guide them through our services using a consultative approach. You'll update and manage all leads through HubSpot , CRM and collaborate via Microsoft Teams with peers and leadership. You’ll track your metrics closely, follow up with precision, and aim to exceed expectations in both performance and client care.
