Full-Stack Engineer in TECLA

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to help connect a single video to every audience, in every language, on every major platform — with no extra work. This is not some ‘one-click’ marketing fluff. One upload is all it takes. We are building the command center for digital content — a syndication network that publishes from a single upload to any platform, in any format, in any language.

The Role:

We’re a growing team of self-motivated engineers. The team puts in long hours not because we have to but because we care about the impact we’re generating. The goal is to do more in a week than most other teams do in a month.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who’s excited to experience the adventure of being in an early stage startup. The hope is for your time here to be the most rewarding in your career. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility and the freedom to solve problems. You’ll contribute directly to the core product, working closely with other engineers, product designers, and founders to ship new features to production on a weekly basis.

In this role, you'll help design and implement full-stack solutions using Node.js, React, and TypeScript, manage end-to-end deployments, integrate third-party APIs, and contribute to platform scalability. You’ll also participate in product discussions, provide feedback on UX, and help refine technical specs.

• Own the problem and work with the engineers and designer to generate a solution.
• Build, test, and ship full-stack features (frontend/backend/database) that solve user problems.
• Use real user data and direct user feedback to refine and improve the product.
• Triage and fix bugs as they arise, ensuring stability in production environments.
• Generate proposals (through meetings, docs, and Figma) to help align the team on your solution if it’s a multi-person effort.
• Review PRs to ensure knowledge sharing, code quality, and alignment with platform standards.

• 5+ years of experience with Node, React, and TypeScript.
• Comfortable working across the entire stack — from building React components to writing backend APIs and interacting with the database.
• Experience deploying your own code to cloud environments (e.g., Vercel, AWS, GCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in a remote environment.

Bonus:

• Previous startup experience — having started your own or joined one before.
• Python and some experience with implementing or deploying ML models.
• Speaks a language other than English (and code).
• Cloud functions, NoSQL DB.
