As an ElasticSearch Engineer at Lilo AI, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing ElasticSearch solutions that power our AI-driven procurement platform. You will design and maintain scalable search infrastructure capable of handling complex queries on dynamic datasets to support our diverse client base. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced search capabilities, including faceted search, autocomplete, and semantic search features directly into the product.
Your role includes monitoring and troubleshooting search performance, ensuring low latency and high relevance of results. You will continuously improve search algorithms by exploring and implementing state-of-the-art natural language processing and vector embedding techniques. Staying current with new technologies and best practices in search architecture, particularly within large-scale and marketplace-like systems, will be critical to your success.
Experience working on real-time search systems or AI-driven platforms is a plus. Familiarity with other search engines like Solr, or knowledge of machine learning applied to search relevance tuning, would be advantageous. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) supporting scalable search deployments is desirable. Candidates with prior exposure to commercial real estate or procurement technologies will integrate more seamlessly with our domain-specific challenges. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders would further enhance collaboration.
