Project scope: You will work within our legal case management operations, focusing on organizing medical and billing records, gathering essential documents from healthcare providers, and maintaining client information in our CRM. You will draft demand letters, file and track legal paperwork, liens, and prepare case summaries. This position plays a pivotal role in streamlining communications between attorneys and clients to ensure alignment and timely case progression.
