• Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify, research, and reach out to potential clients using multiple channels including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media to generate new business leads.
• Client Qualification: Engage prospects in consultative discovery conversations to uncover their business needs, timelines, and assess fit with our service offerings in software development and technology solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations to clearly communicate the value proposition of our software solutions and how they address client challenges.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update detailed records of lead status, communications, follow-ups, and progress within the CRM system to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility.

• We seek a Business Development Representative with 4 to 5 years of proven experience in BDR roles, ideally within SaaS, software development, or technology service industries. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong track record of generating leads, progressing or closing complex sales cycles, and effectively managing client relationships.
• Exceptional English communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling business benefits for non-technical decision-makers. Candidates must possess a robust understanding of Agile SDLC, software development workflows, and relevant technologies such as mobile applications, cloud computing, Flutter, and AI/LLMs at a conceptual business level.
