We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or order management — preferably within a B2B environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Highly organized and able to work autonomously, this person thrives in fast-paced, remote settings and manages multiple priorities without losing focus. Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production environments is strongly preferred, as it aligns with the nature of order fulfillment and vendor management in our partner’s operations.
Proficiency with basic digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Slack is required. Candidates must be available to work within U.S. time zones to facilitate real-time communication with clients and vendors. Being proactive, detail-conscious, and problem-solving oriented are essential soft skills to succeed in this role.
Experience or knowledge of branded merchandise processing will strengthen your capacity to support clients’ marketing needs effectively.
Additional exposure to supply chain logistics or vendor management software platforms is also beneficial, providing a deeper understanding of order fulfillment complexities.
