Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager at Moventi specializing in IT outsourcing, you will lead the effort to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in the technology sector. You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, building strong client relationships, and working closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base within IT outsourcing services.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business through networking, cold-calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Understand clients' technology needs and present tailored outsourcing solutions that demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements and Skills

  • 4–7 años de experiencia en ventas B2B de servicios de IT (preferiblemente en outsourcing, nearshore, o servicios gestionados).
  • Experiencia demostrable en generación de leads, cierre de ventas y gestión del ciclo completo de ventas.
  • Comprensión profunda de los servicios de IT outsourcing: desarrollo de software, soporte técnico, QA, DevOps, etc.
  • Familiaridad con modelos de entrega nearshore/offshore.
  • Conocimiento de tendencias tecnológicas (cloud, IA, transformación digital, etc.)
  • Habilidad para identificar oportunidades de negocio y tomar decisiones estratégicas.
Soft Skills: Strategic thinker, adaptable, problem solver, with a passion for technology and innovation. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experiencia previa en gestión comercial dentro de empresas de tecnología o consultoría IT.
  • Capacidad para manejar herramientas CRM y analíticas para seguimiento comercial.
  • Conocimientos básicos en metodologías ágiles y gestión de proyectos.
  • Idiomas adicionales, especialmente inglés a nivel avanzado.
  • Habilidades para trabajo colaborativo y manejo de equipos multidisciplinarios.
