SYSTEC is a management consulting company with more than 35 years experience offering professional services focused in the digital transformation and enablement of projects and portfolios, as well as in process automation and simplification.

We are looking for a person that wants to learn and become a great Sales Specialist focused on SaaS cloud-solutions to join our awesome team in Mexico City. If you recently graduated from college, are creative, strong in planning, critical thinking and have the right personality for the job, then most likely you are the person we are seeking.

Job functions

  • Develop the commercial strategy for the cloud products and services under your scope.
  • Identify and contact new prospects in Mexico, Central, South America and USA.
  • Understand the needs of the leads and develop an offer that makes sense to solve their problems using SaaS solutions.
  • Explain and carry out demos (mainly virtually) of the cloud-based solutions to potencial clients.
  • Manage the strategic cycle of opportunities, from its creation to its close.
  • Track the inbound opportunities.
  • Negotiate prices, discounts and packages that combine software and services.
  • Execute webinars about the cloud-based solutions under your scope.
  • Work with the graphic design and comms team to execute marketing and digital promotion campaigns.

Qualifications and requirements

  • University degree recently completed.
  • Between 1 and 3 years experience selling SaaS Solutions.
  • Fluid english, both written and spoken.
  • Excelente ortografía y redacción en español.
  • Knowledge in some CRM system.
  • Proficient with MS Office.

  • Communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capacity to analyze, listen, structure and conceptualize sales opportunities.
  • Focus in results and establish objectives.
  • Ability to quickly learn on how to use the cloud-based solutions to be promoted.
  • Capacity to identify and manage sales opportunities.
