At Bright, we are building a global movement to rapidly spread clean energy across Mexico and beyond. We do so by simplifying the adoption of rooftop solar via advanced technology and human connection. Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• To spread Bright’s mission to bring clean and affordable energy to Mexico, while prospecting for customers.
• Communicate directly with potential customers regarding the benefits of switching to solar with our different products.
• To analyze, gather and upload documents to our database needed for customers to “go solar.”
• This is a startup; you will help us innovate and build a better company.

Objetives to be fulfilled

Your Key Results will be:

• At Bright, we operate on the OKR system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies.
• For this specific role, your KR (upon which your success will be measured) is to *approve seven projects per month.

We’re looking for someone who:

• You are very comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.
• You are an entrepreneur who loves startup culture and getting stuff done.
• Is organized Is mission-driven.
• You have non-profit or sustainability experience (meaningful volunteer experience, studied renewable energy, etc.).
• You’re passionate about making the world a better and more sustainable place.
• Can influence other people.
• You were a keynote speaker in academic events or.. -You raised capital or created partnerships - Interested in sales and commercial relations Is comfortable with math and logical reasoning.
