Outbound Sales Development Representative in HireLATAM

We are currently looking to hire a highly motivated remote Outbound Sales Development Representative to be part of our team. The position is considered full-time at 40 hours a week. You will be primarily responsible for cold calling and setting up appointments with businesses in the home services, medical, and legal industries that are interested in upgrading their user website experiences.

Job functions

  • Outbound calls to home/medical/attorney businesses to pitch them our services and schedule an appointment with our closer.
  • Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound calls a day.
  • Help navigate the process and benefits of upgrading their website through the service
  • Schedule and manage appointments via Hubspot for interested leads with closer
  • You will be responsible for setting up systems and processes to improve sales and lead generation

Qualifications and requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales/cold calling experience with US-based businesses
  • Previous experience in the marketing industry is preferred but not required
  • Must have excellent phone skills in building a rapport with the lead
  • Familiarity with Sales CRM Software such as Hubspot and other tools
  • Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with minimal to zero background noise
  • Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Must have a hunger and drive to be successful
  • Independent and able to think outside of the box to solve problems
  • Must have a strong work ethic and track record of delivering results
  • You must be reliable and show up on time.

Conditions

Payment:

  • Base monthly salary is $1200 - $1500 USD
  • Commission: 2.5% of monthly payments collected, approximately $42 USD per month
  • Residual Income: $168 USD per month for closing 4 deals
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) after 12 months: $1,200 USD base + $2,016 USD commission ($168 USD per month x 12 months)

Schedule:

8:00 am to 4:30 pm CDT (Monday through Friday)

Locally remote only

Position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in South America.
