We are currently seeking a Bilingual Leasing Sales Manager (English and Spanish) to work in a Full-time role 100% remotely. You'll play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the leasing process from initial contact through lease execution. You will also lead sales efforts, including marketing strategies, to attract new tenants. We're definitely looking for a Sales Rockstar with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Manage and oversee the leasing process from initial contact through lease execution.
- Lead sales efforts, including marketing strategies, to attract new tenants.
- Contact leads effectively communicate features and benefits of the property.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective tenants.
- Prequalify leads in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales roles for a US based business.
- Strong English language skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in real estate or property management preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be located in Latin America
