Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communications & Inbound Sales (50%): Engage promptly with inbound client leads received via email, SMS, and phone, leveraging internal AI-enabled tools to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline. Maintain and update CRM entries and project status trackers accurately. Handle invoicing through an automated system, and draft or revise Engagement Letters for more complex corporate agreements.
  • Project Management (30%): Review client submissions to confirm completeness and synchronization of data, assign projects to contractors with clearly defined fees and deadlines, approve contractor bids, and oversee timely project completion. Format and refine appraisal reports through Google Docs, employing light rewriting and AI tools where appropriate. Ensure payments are processed before delivering final client reports.
  • Administrative & Cross-functional Support (20%): Perform general administrative duties spanning marketing, operations, and finance. Assist in process optimization and documentation of workflows to improve efficiency. Collaborate closely with leadership on special initiatives including new client onboarding and system enhancements.

Job Description and Requirements

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional with at least 3 years of experience in inbound or consultative sales roles such as Sales Development Representative or Sales Closer. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, including confidence in handling phone conversations. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage client relationships and project workflows with precision.
Technical proficiency with the following tools or similar platforms is required:
  • Attio (CRM)
  • Airtable (Project Management)
  • Missive (Collaborative Email)
  • OpenPhone (SMS and Calling)
  • Google Drive and Docs
The ideal candidate pays strong attention to document quality and polishing client-facing communications. Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT for text editing is highly valued.
The role suits someone comfortable working in distributed teams, preferably with startup exposure or experience in professional service industries like appraisal, real estate, or legal sectors.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience in appraisal services, real estate, B2B consulting, or legal domains would be advantageous as it provides familiarity with client expectations and industry standards. Prior experience formatting professional reports or deliverables in Google Docs is beneficial.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for enhancing written content, as well as working in startup environments with distributed teams, will further support success in this role.
