Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and scaling of both inbound and outbound sales operations, building a solid operational infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine sales processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and establish clear KPIs for sustainable growth.
  • Initially perform inbound and outbound sales calls during the ramp-up phase to evaluate and improve sales strategies.
  • Create, document, and implement comprehensive onboarding plans, FAQs, playbooks, and training materials to support team scalability.
  • Recruit, manage, and coach a high-performing team of sales representatives, providing continuous feedback, call reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize sales cycles, negotiation techniques, and objection handling through data-driven experimentation.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to leadership by delivering timely reports, insights, and pipeline updates to support informed decision-making.
  • Lead ongoing training sessions focused on negotiation tactics, upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management.
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities within the sales team, fostering accountability and high performance standards.
  • Implement and oversee the adoption of sales tools and systems, such as CRM platforms, to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy.
  • Be the voice for customer insights within the organization, regularly surfacing feedback to influence product development and operational improvements.

Requirements

We are looking for experienced professionals with proven sales leadership capabilities who thrive in fast-moving, remote work environments. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing sales teams and a strong ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and hands-on coaching.
  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent sales acumen with advanced skills in negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals.
  • Strong process development skills: experience creating SOPs, onboarding programs, and defining KPIs for sales teams.
  • Data-driven mindset to analyze sales metrics and continuously optimize team performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate across distributed teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to support a diverse client and candidate base.
  • Background in telecom, SaaS, or tech industries focused on relationship-driven business models.
  • Experience building and leading remote, distributed sales teams across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Exposure to VoIP and dialing tools like OpenPhone.
  • A passion for human-centric products and services that prioritize customer experience.
