This is a fully remote role open to candidates in Latin America. You will work directly with a US-based construction company and must be available during US Mountain Time (8am–5pm). This is not a project manager role — it is a coordination and operations role focused on execution, follow-through, and keeping systems running smoothly.

CoreVenture Exteriors is a Denver-based roofing and exterior construction company that specializes in high-end new construction homes. This role serves as the operational backbone, ensuring that schedules, permits, orders, inspections, invoices, and customer communications move on time and are fully documented. You will manage the flow of dozens of projects simultaneously, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The position emphasizes organization, follow-through, and execution to support a smooth project lifecycle.

What you will own

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all operational details are tracked in our systems
  • Schedule crews and subcontractors, coordinating calendars to align with project timelines
  • Order materials, track deliveries, and manage inventory to prevent delays
  • Pull permits and schedule inspections; maintain compliance documentation
  • Create and update work orders in AccuLynx; ensure data accuracy across records
  • Prepare and send invoices, follow up on billing, and maintain cash-flow visibility
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and inspectors to keep everyone informed
  • Maintain thorough project documentation and ensure no requests or tasks are lost
  • Take ownership of items requested by colleagues or clients until completion

Benefits

Location: Remote (LATAM) with US hours; full-time schedule (8am–5pm Mountain Time)

Compensation: $2,000 USD per month, plus performance bonuses and long-term growth as the company scales.
