You will work at ESO, the European Southern Observatory, it is the main intergovernmental organization in Europe and the most productive astronomical obserbatory in the world.
Functions:
1- Permanently comply with its management indicators in order to maintain a quality of service.
2- Support employees in operational procedures.
3- Make reports of management and productivity of employees
4- Propose management improvements.
5- Personal Assistance Management
6- Customer and meeting management
* 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk oriented to user support.
* Very good knowledge of English, also strong communications and writing skills. Above all you must have excellent customer service skills and be a great communicator who works effectively as part of a team.
In santiago Monday - Friday 08:00 - 19:00 Local time except public holidays in Chile
