Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests timely and accurately to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and manage orders, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Support the Account Management team with onboarding workflows and various operational tasks.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date internal records and documentation.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and data management tools to streamline processes and manage information effectively.
In this role, you will be essential to the smooth execution of account management operations, helping to drive Lilo’s mission to transform hotel procurement. The position involves multitasking and requires proactive collaboration with the team to maintain high service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and data management tools.
  • English level C1, both written and spoken, allowing clear communication in a global team.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and methodical work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and possessing a collaborative mindset to integrate effectively with the team.
  • No formal studies or previous experience required, emphasizing attitude and skill over background.
This role suits candidates who thrive in detailed, process-driven tasks and wish to contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8am–3pm (CLT)

Desirable Skills and Experience

While not required, prior experience working in hospitality or customer-facing roles would be advantageous. Familiarity with basic procurement or account management processes is a plus but not essential. Candidates with additional language skills or experience in startup environments may find these beneficial for growth within the company.
