We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Coach to support our business clients who operate credit repair agencies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and understanding of the credit repair industry to effectively guide and assist our clients.
Responsibilities include providing coaching, answering questions related to credit repair processes and business operations, and helping our clients achieve success and growth within their agencies.
- Excellent English speaking and writing
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the American credit repair industry
- Experience in using Credit Repair Cloud software
- Strong decision-making skills
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable speaking over the phone and answering questions
- Good organization skills
- experience with funnels, ads, and marketing
