We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager, an enthusiastic and highly skilled problem solver to join our team and help our users have a successful experience using our app.
As our next Customer Experience Manager, You will make sure that our users have an exceptional support experience 💚. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the Experience and Support Management System, in addition to generating periodic insights that help guide product development, from a variety of technologies and data sources, including analytics, user comments, and support tickets.
