Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager, an enthusiastic and highly skilled problem solver to join our team and help our users have a successful experience using our app.

As our next Customer Experience Manager, You will make sure that our users have an exceptional support experience 💚. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the Experience and Support Management System, in addition to generating periodic insights that help guide product development, from a variety of technologies and data sources, including analytics, user comments, and support tickets.


  • Establish and maintain User Experience Management and Support System.
  • Support user requirements in a timely and effective manner (in English and Spanish). Establish a good relationship with users and empathize with their needs.
  • Deliver monthly reports and indicators on Support management.
  • Document processes and report technical issues and user feedback.
  • Generate manuals and knowledge base for the area, including email templates, FAQ, among others.
  • Identify user profiles, customer journey, and drive actions to close gaps in user experience.


  • Professional in commercial, marketing, communications, advertising, or related areas.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Experience or Customer Support roles for digital products. Experience with transaction support and payment methods is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (excl.)
  • Analytical problem solving skills

Type of employment: Full Time.

Net wage: between 1300 and 2000 USD
