We are preferably looking for experienced sales representatives with financial services, marketing services, or real estate.

Funciones del cargo

Communicate with customers via phone
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms

Requerimientos del cargo

• Speak C1-C2 English
• Have minimum 2 years experience telemarketing
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

Opcionales

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
