We are looking for talent as Customer Success (Energy Efficiency). You will be responsible for remotely troubleshooting our customers' heating, lighting and cooling equipment to reduce energy costs and optimize equipment performance.

Responsibilities 🙌

Relationship management with the client and stakeholders
Identify opportunities within current clients
Identify synergies within the portfolio of clients under management
Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and will lead efforts for their improvement
Provide support to Sales Team for new service opportunities as required
Coordinate, prepare, and present reports to clients
Organize, facilitate, and lead internal and customer-facing meetings where required.

Requirements 🤝

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Sciences or Business Administration.
Working knowledge of energy management systems (EMS) and/or building automation systems (BAS) and control concepts.
Working knowledge of process improvement techniques and their application.
Experience in remote monitoring of EMS systems and/or in the selection, design and implementation phases of energy management systems is a plus.
4 - 6 years experience in similar roles.
Advanced English (C1/C2)
