As a Customer Success Manager, you will join a multicultural and dynamic environment recognized for its innovation, quality, and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key responsabilities

  • Ensure that customers get the most out of our product, maximising their satisfaction and success.
  • Act as the main point of contact between BNamericas and our customers.
  • Manage training and onboarding activities, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, including regular updates on new product features and functionalities.
  • Respond to customer queries, provide guidance and tailor solutions to their specific needs and interests.
  • Build and foster strong relationships based on trust to drive retention and loyalty.
  • Identify potential risks that could affect renewals and propose effective measures to mitigate them.
  • Work closely with the account manager, who will support your learning and professional growth.

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of direct experience in similar roles such as Customer Success Executive, Customer Service Specialist, Account Manager, or Client Account Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage client interactions through multiple channels (calls, video conferences, and written communication).
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese—spoken and written—is essential.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new software, with proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Intercom is a plus, as is prior work in B2B, SaaS, or software companies.
  • Communicative, analytical, organized, enthusiastic, and persistent, with a positive attitude toward challenges and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and skilled at building effective relationships that enhance the customer experience.

Other Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience using CRM systems and client management tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Outreach.
  • Quick learner with a strong commitment to delivering service excellence in every customer interaction.
