We are looking for an organized, self-driven, customer success enthusiast with an interest in SAAS, flexible staffing, software, and start-ups, to join our growing team as a customer success manager.

What you'll be doing:

Responding to client questions and concerns
Improving onboarding and training procedures for new clients + new feature releases
Assessing knowledge base needs, updating inaccuracies/gaps, working quickly to ensure content is current
Implementing work flows to encourage clients’ self-teaching and knowledge base use
Making sure nothing falls through the cracks

What we need you to have:

Superb verbal and written communication skills: You should have experience in a customer service or customer success-type role
Performance Delivery: Do what you say you will when you say you will do it. And do it well.
Quick learner: We are a small and scrappy start-up that is growing fast, which means we all have multiple roles and often need to learn new skills on the fly. You are excited by challenges and love learning new skills.

Experience with technical writing or managing knowledge bases
Experience in SAAS & staffing
Business-level Spanish language skills
