You will be one of the first team members of the team to work cross-functionally within the Sales Team and other organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
The main tasks are:
● Actively build relationships with client partners and engage regularly to evaluate needs and direction.
● Drive client retention, organic growth, renewals and new business opportunities
● Be an expert on deployment and become the go-to person for our client’s business needs
● Ensure account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed
● Proven work experience in Customer Support
● Experience working with B2B SaaS solutions
● Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
● Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
● An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
● Excellent communication skills in Spanish and/or English
● Experience working in the Publishing Industry (Books, Newspapers, Magazines and/or Universities)
● Additional language skills are appreciated
