We are looking for a motivated employee for the extension of the IT support of our employees. In our office in Chile, we offer you a 50% position within a young and open-minded team. We are interested in long-term cooperation with you.

• Support for a smoothly functioning help desk (1st level Support) for our employees
• Troubleshooting at the workstation, by phone and remote maintenance.
• Installation, maintenance and configuration of IT workstations (hardware and software)
• Training of employees in the introduction of hardware and software solutions
• Creation and maintenance of documentation
• Direct relation with IT service providers

• Very good general IT knowledge.
• Knowledge of Apple macOS.
• Reliability and friendliness are your strengths.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good English and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and motivated.

We have offices in Santiago, Mexico City, Zürich and Berlin, and you will be given the choice to work from there or remotely.
