What we're looking for

As Operations Support Executive you would be part of a small but extremely high-performance team who believes in our vision and looking for extraordinary learning and career growth opportunities. You will also play a key role in the continued delivery of high quality, intuitive SaaS systems and integrations to various clients in the transportation industry, mainly in Latam.

Your focus will be on fully understanding the business level and functional requirements of development efforts, and ensuring that they meet and exceed the client’s expectations. This will include designing and testing of all new product releases, upgrades, functional enhancements, client support, direct resolution and performance improvements. More specifically: You will manage, train and support end clients on our SaaS solution, analyze system requirements and identify potential enhancements; design and prepare API integration documentations; install and configure new hardwares and softwares. You will have the responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system and you should be willing to travel across LATAM on short notice.

Job requirements

  • We’re really looking for an extraordinary attitude. You should be an excellent team player, hard-working and open to learning new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent skills on Excel are mandatory including VBA Macro and basic understanding of SQL.
  • Any background on basic programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.) is a plus.
  • You should have basic technical knowledge (software) related to API integrations.
  • Fluent native Spanish and mid-level English both writing and speaking are mandatory.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent hands-on Quality Testing (QA).
  • Experience in System Administration.
  • Strong organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills.
