We are looking for a Partner Success Associate to join our Partner Services team. You will act as the point of contact between BDev Ventures and existing partners (portfolio companies) to help achieve business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!
- Collaborate with our Investors, Operations, and Campaign teams to ensure the partners are served properly.
- Build and nurture trustful, long-lasting relationships with C-suite partner leaders.
- Use outstanding communication skills to present to and influence both company and key partner stakeholders.
- Help implement strategies to grow our portfolio companies.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with financial data.
- Vast experience in customer relationship management, both closing deals and developing long-term relationships with clients.
- Experienced in delivering attractive presentations.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and Advanced English level.
- Previous experience in investment and VC (on-site or offshore).
- Proven experience in a similar position in Venture Capital companies.
