Job functions

- Embark on a journey of providing inbound customer support through phone, text, and email – your communication skills are your superpower!
- Be a financial superhero by proactively reaching out to past-due customers and collecting those payments like a champ.
- Guide potential customers through the magical process of renting storage units with all the charisma of a tour guide in a fun theme park.
- Manage the whirlwind of customer support requests via calls, texts, and email – multitasking is your middle name!
- Navigate challenging customer conversations with the grace of a trapeze artist – patience, kindness, and sticking to company policies are your safety net.
- Be the versatile team player ready to tackle extra administrative and organizational duties as they come your way.

Qualifications and requirements

- At least 2 years of previous customer service experience for a US-based business – because you've got the experience of a seasoned explorer!
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and spoken – your linguistic talents are on par with a multilingual parrot.
- Basic administrative and organizational abilities – you're the conductor orchestrating the symphony of tasks.
- Comfortable juggling multiple software tools – because you're the tech-savvy ringmaster.
- Self-driven, proactive, and equipped with a strong work ethic – you're the hero who doesn't wait for the signal, you create it!
- Positive attitude – because in this circus, every day is a day under the big top!
- Must be located in Latin America – because we're building our own carnival of awesomeness!

Payment:

  • Monthly salary of $1200 USD
  • Payments are issued via Wise or a similar platform twice per month
