Our workforce acquisition platform is used by companies in 30+ industry verticals ranging from ride-share to delivery to healthcare. We support employers that need to find, screen, and onboard last mile labor quickly – that could be 500 delivery workers in Miami or 2k+ nursing professionals across multiple cities every month.

Job functions

Turn is seeking a Senior Tech Support Engineer with 3-5+ years’ experience working on development/tooling/support roles.

The engineer is responsible for:

  • Finding creative solutions to solve support issues that involve technical dexterity, using SQL, Python, and other technical tools to write scripts that automate manual tasks to issues happening in production.
  • Understanding the most common issues, propose and implement solutions that either fix the root cause of the issue/bugs or build self-service tools that any non-technical support team member can use.
  • Designing and implement development tools for all disciplines.
  • Communicating with other teams to improve our current tools and determine new solutions.
  • Maintaining tools for performance, stability, and error-free operation.

Qualifications and requirements

3-5+ years’ experience in:

  • Python 3
  • Relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Unix Command Line Interface
  • Git (GitHub preferred)
  • English (intermediate or advanced)
  • Ability to bring solutions to the table
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Diligent
