Job functions

  • Responsible for the technical implementation and delivery of our products/services.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Implementation Services department team to manage decisions and processes during the implementation period.
  • Lead technical calls with the Technical Implementation Services department and validate all requirements are met for a given project/timeline.
  • Perform configurations for client technical implementations.
  • Act as a Chile escalation to resolve all Technical Implementation Services department requests during the implementation phase.
  • Perform server migrations and manage processes from start to finish for technical tasks
  • Document problems and resolutions in CRM software.
  • Perform tasks off-hours as needed to complete specific projects or tasks.
    • Local server time is defined USA time zone
    • Week nights: Start Time: 5:00 pm - 12 midnight local server time
    • Cut over weekends - Start time: Fridays at 9:00 pm local server time and End time: Mondays at 6:00 am local servicer time.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak English effectively across functional departments and teams.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and create technical documents such as installation guides, and procedure manuals in English.
  • Project management and successful Customer service delivery experience.
  • Typically requires 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Proficient in various business applications and tools including, but not limited to Windows 7, 8, 10, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN Clients and Remote access software. Windows Server 2008-2016, SQL Server 2008-2016, and Salesforce.
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting abilities required.
  • Networking, server infrastructure, and IS security knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Maintains a positive and open attitude to change with an ability to adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to quickly learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and coordinate team effort.
