As a RA Cyber QRM team member, you will focus on reviewing and approving DRMS (Deloitte Risk Management System), proposals, and contracts with a risk lens as part of the opportunity pursuit process.
Main functions
• Regularize the RA Cyber processes considering the incorporation of new services.
• Provide training and guidance to RA Cyber leaders and managers to comply with the Firm's guidelines.
• Monitoring the quality and completeness of submitted DRMS and engaging with teams to provide timely feedback.
• Assessing eligibility of opportunities for DRMS fast track scenarios
• Interacting with RA Cyber leaders and managers to provide guidance and education to teams on how to complete DRMS and navigate CRM processes.
• Escalating issues when appropriate, using judgment related to the client situation, urgency of the information requirements.
• Analyzing and summarizing trends that may indicate topics for training or need for process adjustments.
• Reporting on DRMS quality and completeness.

• 3-4 years of work experience in compliance or risk management.
• Educational background, ideally business or information technology-related.
• Knowledge of cyber security and technology services, and internal control and associated risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve issues within area of responsibility.
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills with abilities to effectively influence others, work with senior leaders and own and manage the end-to-end process for tasks assigned
• Interest and willingness to learn about risk and independence policies
• English and Spanish languages required
