Asistente de Medios Digitales VAS 

BITEL, cuarto operador de telefonía en el Perú ha comenzado sus operaciones comerciales en el país. Es por ello que mediante el Departamento de Recursos Humanos se encuentra en la búsqueda de los mejores talentos para conformar el equipo VAS (Value Added Services / Servicios de valor agregado) en las siguientes posiciones: For all the position the English is required at Intermediate - Advance. The age range is 21-28.
1. Team Music services
Responsibilities:
- Target audience tastes and preferences about Peruvian and international music market.
- Coordinating with suppliers and customers.
- Manage digital platforms.
- Close contracts with providers.
- Make reports and resolve claims.
- Test services and report to technical area.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Communications (Publicist, Journalism audiovisual professionals).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in team and under pressure.
- Knowledge about entertainment market, digital and media Peruvian and international music 
- Writing & Photoshop and Premier editing skills Basic-Intermediate. (Not indispensable)
- Experience using music platforms as user.
2. Team Utility:
Requirements:
- Communication graduate on 2013. Preferably, focus on Digital market.
- Preferably, should have experience on market investigation and experience preparing result reports - not indispensable.
- Skills on results analytics and business proposals.
- Preferably, have experience on market investigation.
- Should be prepared to work under pressure, be punctual, organized, self-starter, likes proposing new ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports with opportunities for new services according preferences of customers.
- Test services to ensure the proper functioning. Also test as a user for get ideas of service improvement.
- Coordinate with technical area for incidence on services.
- Propose improvements for Utility services.
3. Team 3G Services
Responsibilities:
- Editing and Publishing of content online (Basic knowledge).
- Manage content and approval content (Music, Videos, apps…).
- Propose strategies for promotion of services.
- Knowledge about digital platforms.
- Suggest improvements to the service
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Communications, audiovisual editor or professionals dedicated to digital content.
- Knowledge about digital content like News, games and TV contents in Peru and the world.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Passion for news and digital media with excellent.
- All Adobe packages (Intermediate-advance).
- Excellent redaction.
