Oracle Financials Business Analyst

This Oracle ERP Analyst will support the ERP implementation throughout the enterprise. They will help troubleshoot production issues, liaison with Oracle Support, and implement new Oracle cloud projects. Utilize prior Oracle ERP experience designing, developing, testing, and leveraging solutions.

List Required Key Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Oracle ERP experience - R12 / Cloud applications
• 6+ years as a Technical / Functional Analyst, requirements gathering, configuring Oracle applications, and supporting accounting and finance teams.
• Functional Configurations in Oracle Applications ERP Cloud / EBS R12

• Functional Configurations in Oracle Applications ERP Cloud / EBS R12.

• Supports the Oracle ERP Applications throughout the enterprise. Responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of technical tasks in Oracle Cloud.
• Technical experience of 6+ years on Oracle Fusion or EBS R12 products especially around Finance & SCM is required
• Performs business configurations across the Financial Modules GL, AP, Fixes Assets, and AR.
• Experience in developing inbound and outbound integrations in Oracle Cloud is preferred.
• Experience in developing advanced OTBI reports
• Coordinates requirements for new and existing applications. Assists in testing, training plan development and training, support for users, and developing user documentation (i.e. manuals, reference guides, etc.). Participates in the QA process; identifies test cases; explains complex processes; aids in developing test plans.
• Conducts root cause analysis using knowledge of Oracle ERP applications, interfaces, and technology for defect resolution.

We are hiring for Mexico and Colombia-based candidates fully remote. Our salary currency is in MXN and COP. Our salary offer depends on the results of the entire hiring process.
