• 5-7 years of experience working as a BSA/PM with a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong experience as a BSA: Able to probe, understand, articulate and document business requirements/impacts, etc.
• Desirable experience in project management and/or experience as a key contributor to large-sized enterprise solutions projects.
• Ability to coordinate/facilitate technical/functional discussions and make decisions.
• Previous experience in support/management of Microsoft Dynamics Service Module - Field Service Module, Schedule Board.
• Experience in configuration support/management for MS Dynamics Field Service module.
• Ability to extract and debug data from different data sources (SAP, HANA, SQL.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills; ability to identify areas of risk and develop effective mitigation plans.
