• Responsible for helping the company understand data and use it more effectively
• Perform REST API troubleshooting and analysis
• Structure data sets to find usable information
• Identify functional issues, interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies within the organization
• Create reports to collect and analyze data
• Provide project updates and technical documentation (business needs statements, technical specifications, etc)
• Create and maintain various process and architecture diagrams
• Capture metrics that support the organization's IT governance processes
• Define the data shared across the enterprise and capture the relationships among roles, capabilities, and business units
• Tech Stack: AWS, REST clients such as postman, database clients

• +3 years of experience working with and analyzing complex data and file formats
• Experience with business processes and mapping
• Insurance experience is strongly preferred, especially with life insurance data models such as the acord standard
• Experience analyzing REST APIS
• Experience with structured and unstructured data
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
