Key Responsibilities

Achieve comprehensive analysis of Nala DB.
Dig in and develop methodologies to find insights and opportunities.
ML models to predict employee attrition and performance.
Generate dashboards and visual tools.
Work closely with the development team.
Reports to the CTO.

Desired Background/Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience.
Excellency in SQL.
Python, pandas, scikit-learn and Jupiter notebook.
Passion fast-paced startup culture.
Business Orientated Approach.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, consulting and people management skills.
Self driven and goal oriented with the ability to multitask, backed by a high level of accountability and follow through to closure.
