Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on SAP Data Migration Manager to lead the end-to-end migration from SAP Business One (SAP B1) to S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will define the data migration strategy, coordinate execution using SAP Migration Cockpit and SAP Data Services, ensure ALM traceability, and drive quality through cleansing, validation, and post-migration reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Define the data migration strategy for SAP B1 → S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Design, plan, and coordinate migration waves using SAP Migration Cockpit and SAP Data Services.
Lead the data cleansing, enrichment, and validation workstream across business and technical teams.
Ensure end-to-end traceability, documentation, and change control in SAP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
Orchestrate and execute post-migration reconciliation tests; resolve defects and data gaps.
Track and report status, risks, and issues to the Head of SAP; drive mitigation plans.
Establish data quality KPIs and acceptance criteria; secure sign-offs with stakeholders.
Align cutover activities with project and release plans; coordinate with functional and integration teams.

Requerimientos del cargo

Requirements

8+ years of experience in SAP data migration leading full lifecycle projects.
At least 1 end-to-end project on S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Proven experience with SAP ALM for traceability, documentation, and testing.
Solid understanding of SAP B1 data structures and mapping to S/4HANA objects.
Proficiency with SAP Migration Cockpit and SAP Data Services (task design, loads, error handling).
Working knowledge of Jira, SAP ALM, and Solution Manager (SolMan).
Native Spanish and intermediate English communication skills.
Based in LATAM, available during regional business hours.

Nice to Have

SAP certifications in Data Migration and/or S/4HANA Data Management (preferred, not required).
Experience setting up data governance and master data ownership models.
