• Gather reporting requirements and work with stake holders to prioritize and deliver reports.
• Manage and support existing reports.
• Ensure that all data delivered is accurate to support required decision making.
• Develop user documentation and training for all reports maintained and delivered.
• Develop and implement business user reports in the preferred format (Power BI) for the organization.
• Present financial information or data in an easy-to-understand manner to enhance communication between a company and its customers or between the different departments.
• Test applications, analyze statistics and train the end-users on how to use the report writing software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority.
• Critical thinking skills to collaborate with team members for innovative solutions.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Passion for using visualizations to tell a story.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Being able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to an everchanging environment,

• 3-5+ years experience with SSRS
• 3-5+ years experience with T-SQL
• 3-5 years of experience developing Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers using SQL Server
• Power BI
• Ability to meet/exceed deadlines
