WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems using Python and microservices architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of applications to ensure quality and reliability.
Optimize and fine-tune existing systems for maximum performance, security, and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development and apply them to improve the product and infrastructure.
Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain applications in containers and cloud environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly and proactively.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

At least 2-3 years of experience in backend development using Python and related frameworks such as Django.
Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
Experience with containerization and container orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
Proficiency in using Git and related tools such as GitHub or GitLab for version control and collaboration.

We appreciate that you already have the necessary tools to be able to carry out your work remotely, you only need to have Internet, PC/Laptop to connect to our meetings in order to carry out your activities.
