CodersLab.io is seeking a visionary and hands-on Tech Lead to lead the evolution of our technology strategy and drive excellence across our software consulting and digital delivery teams.
As TL, you will play a critical role in shaping our technical vision, supporting consultative sales efforts, and fostering a high-performance culture across our engineering teams in LATAM. You’ll work directly with clients to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions—helping position CodersLab.io as a trusted technology partner.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead CodersLab.io’s technology strategy and architecture vision.
Collaborate with commercial teams to support consultative sales, including technical discovery, solutioning, and client presentations.
Guide pre-sales efforts around cloud, DevOps, software architecture, agile squads, and turnkey solutions.
Build and strengthen a culture of excellence, mentorship, and innovation across regional tech teams.
Ensure technical delivery aligns with client expectations, business goals, and industry best practices.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and lead internal capability development.

Requerimientos del cargo

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as TL or senior technology leader in a software consulting or digital services firm.
Strong technical background in architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, and scalable software delivery.
Experience supporting sales teams and presenting solutions to enterprise clients.
Ability to lead regional or cross-functional technical teams with a strong culture-first mindset.
Fluency in Spanish (native or advanced) and strong command of English.
