Job Details:

This project focuses on developing a modern platform to transform event management processes. It aims to replace legacy systems with a user-friendly solution that enhances operational efficiency and provides data-driven insights. The initiative includes intuitive event management features, streamlined workflows, and comprehensive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend services using Java.
  • Building high-performance and responsive user interfaces with Next.js.
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the platform.
  • Contributing to the architectural design of the system, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Expertise in Java development, including frameworks like Spring Boot.
  • Extensive experience with Next.js for building modern web applications.
  • Solid understanding of frontend development best practices, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library).
