At InTune Analytics, you will lead a cross-functional, full-stack engineering team tasked with delivering scalable, data-driven web applications. The team combines frontend developers skilled in JavaScript (React or Vanilla), CSS, and HTML with backend engineers proficient in Python to build integrations, data pipelines, and platform features. You will partner with data scientists, product managers, and design to translate business goals into robust software architectures, ensure performance and reliability, and accelerate time-to-market for customer-focused analytics solutions. This role sits at the intersection of data, software, and AI, driving architectural decisions and platform evolution to support growth and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, cross-functional full-stack engineering team responsible for both frontend and backend initiatives.
  • Own architectural decisions, establish scalable patterns, and guide the team through technology transitions as the platform evolves.
  • Collaborate with product, design, data science, and executive stakeholders to define roadmap and priorities, aligning technical efforts with business goals.
  • Drive best practices in software delivery, testing, security, observability, and performance optimization across cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-velocity engineering culture, emphasizing quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Champion agile practices, remote collaboration across time zones, and effective communication with non-technical partners.

At a minimum, you have.

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager with at least five years of hands-on software development experience—across both front-end and back-end technologies—because this role requires a deep technical foundation to make sound architectural decisions and guide a highly capable full-stack team. You should also have three to five years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams, demonstrating your ability to mentor developers, manage execution, and create an environment where engineers can grow and deliver consistently. Success in this role requires proven experience building scalable, high-performance applications and working within agile, cross-functional environments, as you’ll be responsible for aligning engineering efforts with product priorities and company goals. Finally, we value leaders who communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across C-Suite and technical stakeholders, and foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement—traits that enable our team to move quickly, learn rapidly, and deliver exceptional work together.

Desired Qualifications

It’s a bonus if you bring experience mentoring cross-functional teams through complex technical decisions, as this helps strengthen our culture of growth and adaptability. We also value leaders who foster an environment where engineers feel comfortable exploring new technologies and shifting across tech stacks, since our platform evolves quickly and benefits from a team that can learn and iterate without friction. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure—whether AWS, GCP, or Azure—is helpful because our systems rely on scalable, cloud-native architectures that require thoughtful oversight. Experience guiding globally distributed teams is another advantage, as it demonstrates your ability to maintain alignment, communication, and momentum across time zones and cultures. While none of these skills are mandatory, each contributes to building a resilient, high-performing engineering organization.

Benefits & Culture

At InTune, we value autonomy, ownership, and radical candor—creating an environment where high performers can move fast without unnecessary bureaucracy. We offer unlimited PTO, office-space subsidies, and strong support for personal growth through unlimited language classes and generous education stipends. Our team thrives on curiosity, direct communication, and a shared commitment to hitting ambitious goals together, making InTune a place where driven, collaborative people can do their best work and keep leveling up.
