Sr. Front-end Engineer in TECLA

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join the team — someone who will work directly with our Principal Frontend Engineer and play a critical role in elevating the quality, usability, and reliability of our web-based platforms, as we continue to grow and mature our products.

You’ll work across two core products: Olympus, a standalone legal document management system, and the Relativity Integration, which embeds our AI-driven tools into a major SaaS platform for legal professionals. From squashing UI bugs to collaborating on new feature development, your impact will be immediate and visible.

This is an opportunity to work on complex interfaces, data-rich environments, and AI-powered tools — all while collaborating with a sharp, cross-functional team across product, design, and QA.

• Partner with the Principal Frontend Engineer to maintain and improve features in Olympus and the Relativity integration.
• Debug and resolve regressions, styling bugs, and UI/UX inconsistencies.
• Refactor and enhance existing React components using in-house design systems.
• Translate wireframes and design prototypes from Figma into responsive, production-ready frontend code.
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to define requirements, test cases, and delivery milestones.
• Participate in daily standups, backlog grooming, and feature scoping sessions.
• Ensure all code meets CI standards, passes security scans, and is properly monitored in production.

• 5+ years of Frontend engineering experience building complex, scalable applications.
• Deep expertise in React (v18+), TypeScript, and Redux.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL (Apollo Client) and managing local state with tools like Redux-ORM.
• Familiarity with Radix-UI or MUI-X, or similar component libraries.
• Strong product thinking and ability to collaborate closely with designers and product managers.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a high level of ownership.
• Experience with observability platforms like New Relic and CI/CD workflows.
