Initidel, Inc. is a new technology startup building an advanced AI platform that connects intelligent automation with real-world applications for individuals and businesses. We are developing our Minimum Viable Product (MVP): an AI-driven assistant designed for natural interaction, task automation, and intelligent decision-making. We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with AI/ML experience to help build the first version of this product. The role will involve shaping the MVP from backend systems to the frontend interface, collaborating directly with the founder, and laying the groundwork for scalable architecture and AI integration. Key Responsibilities
Develop the MVP (frontend + backend) to a stable and scalable state.
Integrate AI/ML models and automation features into the product.
Design and maintain a clean, scalable, and well-documented architecture.
Write clean, efficient, and reliable code with a focus on quality.
Collaborate with the founder on technical requirements and feature prioritization.
Contribute to development standards and future scalability planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a proven Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building AI-enabled products. The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Show strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML integration and backend development.
Be proficient with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
Have experience with Node.js, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Be familiar with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Have experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, API design, and DevOps fundamentals.
Demonstrate fluent English with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills for clear communication.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with LLMs or conversational AI.
Background in early-stage product or MVP development.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
