Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development: Take full ownership of the Flutter mobile app. Implement responsive, pixel-perfect UIs from Figma designs using Dart, ensuring smooth user interactions and adherence to platform-specific best practices.
Back-End Development: Manage Firebase backend services including Firestore databases, Cloud Functions, Authentication, and Cloud Storage. Optimize data structure and queries to maximize performance and scalability.
Deployment & Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard codebase with proper version control, build CI/CD pipelines (using tools such as Bitrise or GitHub Actions), and implement rigorous testing strategies for both automated and manual QA.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to align on feature priorities, technical feasibility, and deliver exceptional user-focused mobile experiences.
Continuous Improvement: Lead debugging efforts, performance profiling, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize the app and backend for stability and scalability.

Role Requirements and Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Full Stack Mobile Engineer with a strong background in Flutter and Firebase technologies. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional experience developing mobile applications and managing backend services within the Firebase ecosystem.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Deep expertise in Flutter framework and Dart programming, including asynchronous programming, widget lifecycle, and state management patterns such as Bloc or Riverpod.
Proficient hands-on experience with Firebase features: Firestore database design and optimization, Cloud Functions, Authentication management, and Cloud Storage.
Demonstrated ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
Startup mentality who thrives in ambiguous environments — proactive, self-directed, and capable of rapid iterative development.
Excellent remote communication skills and experience working effectively in distributed teams across time zones.
Must provide a link to a GitHub repository or portfolio showcasing previously launched Flutter applications or relevant projects.

Soft Skills: Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, ability to adapt quickly, and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.

Preferred Skills and Additional Experience

Previous work on social networking apps, eCommerce platforms, or creator tools.
Background or strong appreciation for UI/UX design principles and design systems.
Experience with app store deployment processes for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Familiarity integrating third-party APIs such as Shopify, Instagram, or Stripe.
Experience mentoring or leading junior to mid-level developers.
Additional 2+ years of experience with other programming technologies prior to specializing in Flutter.
