With a founder’s mentality and a 'team-first’ attitude, our diverse teams across Europe, South America and the United States work together to ensure that small business owners can be successful doing what they love.
As part of our vision to become a truly global IT organisation, we have started to build out local, autonomous, cross-functional squads that can take an aspect of our product and perfect it from concept to execution with full autonomy. As a Software Engineer, you will be a part of our new squad in Chile, which means that you will have the freedom to experiment with new things and apply your ideas in our products.

What you'll do

  • Execute across all phases of the design process: participate in research, define conceptual foundation for design solutions, execute excellent UX flows, apply visual design systems, prototype using a variety of tools and methods, create production ready designs, participate or conduct usability testing and support multi-disciplinary teams during implementation;
  • You proactively engage with the design chapter and peers to get feedback and optimize the end-2-end customer journey;
  • Create design processes that follow a human-centered approach, applying both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to validate your solutions.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a UX & UI Designer, with deep expertise in one and strong skills in the other;
  • You know the common design tools and services (we mainly use Figma);
  • You have experience in working in an agile environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing product priorities;
  • You have experience working end-to-end (from the discovery to the delivery);
  • Your excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills will help you communicate the value of design and design rational across the whole company;
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English - you'll be working in a truly global company.

  • Transport voucher and meal voucher
  • The opportunity to be part of a revolution in the Chilean payments industry!
  • You’ll have the freedom to drive your career, own projects and make an impact across the company
