As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be at the forefront of creating designs that enhance user interaction and engagement within this pivotal service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce, design, and UI/UX best practices.
  • Maintain and strengthen the Subbly platform’s experience in every design created.
  • Plan, design, and iterate user interfaces and graphic assets.
  • Collect feedback and analyze user behavior to make necessary improvements.
  • Redesign existing user interfaces, features, and pages.
  • Assist Front End Developers in implementing the design into a usable interface.
  • Collaborate with product, leadership, and engineering teams.
  • Be a user advocate with the power of final design decisions.
  • Drive design process improvements in an Agile environment to enable team scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product design experience.
  • Experience in end-to-end design of complex features.
  • Proficiency in product design optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of UI/UX trends and psychological patterns.
  • Experience applying lean principles to solution designs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in running usability studies, field research, and data-driven design.
  • Creativity, proactivity, and ownership orientation.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma.

Will be a Plus

  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, VueJS.
  • Experience designing UI/UX for e-commerce software.
  • Experience working in a design team or with usability testers.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Great taste in design, understanding that preferences may differ.
