  • Apply Material UI and Untitled UI principles to create consistent and modern interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
  • Translate complex requirements into simple and elegant design solutions.
  • Advocate for design best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Review implemented designs and provide detailed feedback to developers for pixel-perfect execution.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep design systems and processes cutting-edge.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of web and/or mobile applications.
  • Expert in Figma and experienced in building scalable design systems.
  • Proficient in using and customizing Material UI components and design tokens.
  • Hands-on experience with Untitled UI or similar modern design kits/frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) and how design translates to development.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for enterprise SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of Agile development processes and working within sprints.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Pando) to gather behavioral data.

Success Metrics:

  • Increased user satisfaction and engagement are measured through usability testing and feedback loops.
  • Design consistency across products and features through strong systems and collaboration.
  • Improved developer handoff efficiency and reduced design-related implementation issues.
  • Shortened design-to-development cycles through reusable components and design system adoption.

Benefits:

  • A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • 10 paid days for local holidays.
