We are looking for a UI Designer who wants to join us and be part of our present and our future as the leading architecture and design community. You will work under the guidance of our UI Lead Designer, and closely with our UX Manager, Product Managers, Developers among other business units of the company, to design pixel-perfect User Interfaces and seamless experiences across our platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create and present pixel-perfect interfaces and high-quality visuals that meet our project goals.
  • Support design decisions with best practices and data from usability tests, site metrics, site maps, customer journey maps, and other tools to guide the product development process.
  • Creates effective and consistent designs across the organization that accurately reflect the brand and also adhere to usability and accessibility guidelines.
  • Actively takes part in the continuous improvement of our Design System. Keeping it organized, up to date and proposing new components when needed.
  • Stay on top of the latest standards, best practices, and trends in the User Interface and Visual & Interaction Design fields.
  • Provide a clear direction for development teams to implement designs to the front-end, as well as participate in the frontend delivery doing QA to ensure pixel-perfect design.

Skills & Requirements

Your skills:

  • Collaborative mindset and teamwork, to deliver polished and scalable digital products for world-class companies.
  • Experience in the Visual Design field, with advanced knowledge on design foundations like Typography, Colour, Grids and Layout.
  • Basic knowledge of Figma and willing to learn.

Requirements:

  • High English level
  • Educational background in Architecture, Bachelor degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, or other design related fields.
  • Strong portfolio of latest relevant work.
