Jumpseller is a SaaS solution for small business to manage their online business. We focus on making e-commerce easier for everyone, so businesses can focus on what they do best: building and selling their products. Today, merchants use the Jumpseller platform to manage every aspect of their online business — from products to orders to customers, selling with an online store, on mobile, on social networks and through different e-commerce channels.

You will join our Design Team along with Patricio, Elsa and Francisco.

Job functions

We're looking for an UX/UI Designer to join our Design Team. We are looking for someone in love with simple and minimalist UIs, who will give their best to improve the usability of these interfaces.
You will interact and help all our merchants on a daily basis and also with our development team, in both offices, pushing forward the envelope on everything related with the branding and aesthetics of our service.

Some of the projects and activities that we have been working on recently to give you a sense of what you’ll be doing day-to-day.
  • Create mockups with Adobe XD for our new Shipment List UI - which will give an overview to a merchant of all his delivery status - and present them to the development team;
  • Gather feedback from the most interested team members and create minimalist wire-frames for full new flow of Shipping Labels generation;
  • Talk directly, email only, with dozens of merchants helping them improve the UI of their stores’ front-end and troubleshooting any UI bug they might find;
  • Help on the collaborative launch of a new public Theme, to all merchants;
  • Work together with developers on our new UI of our Visual Theme Editor, which will allow drag&drop capabilities to our Themes.

You are

  • Proven professional experience on design and implementation of UIs;
  • Ability to use Photoshop / Adobe XD / Illustrator or similar tools;
  • Demonstrated strong, clean visual design sense - say minimalist;
  • Drawing and illustration skill is a plus;
  • Knowledge or interest in learning HTML/CSS. Bootstrap or similar frameworks are a plus;
  • A bachelor/master degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or Informatics is optional.

Desirable skills

  • Passionate and empathic person, who likes to craft simple and easy to use UIs;
  • Attentive to details producing pixel-perfect work;
  • Interested in optimizing designs for UX - either desktop and mobile;
  • Intermediary verbal and writen English ;
  • A team player, excellent in communication, who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
