Lead UX Designer in Softserve

• Providing Experience Design consulting services for customers and showing a solid leadership design experience in cross-functional teams
• Consulting teams/projects/clients about different UX testing and prototyping methods
• Pitch projects and support the business development team with creative input, client meetings, presentations, and proposal writings
• Preparation, facilitating, and debriefing results of design workshops with onsite stakeholders
• Designing projects as a leader. Design Strategy & Planning, UX Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Design Development & Support, Usability Testing, Design Audit, Prototyping, and Design Management
• Global SoftServe XD leaders to demonstrate the values of SoftServe’s strategic problem-solving skills and thought leadership
• SoftServe Experience Design leadership through client work, public speaking, and community involvement as a subject-matter expert

• Proficient in Product Design; showing 7 years of experience
• Experienced with Design Thinking, Service Blueprint, Design Sprint methods
• Applying techniques to estimate large scopes of work (sprint, milestone, project phase)
• Able to design audit activities to summarize and deliver results
• Having a background in leading visual design development processes and communicating results in creative ways
• Leading the creative side of project pitch and supporting the business development teams with creative input, client meetings, presentations, and proposal materials
• Successfully implementing the project activities and project planning as the best practice
• Proactively managing critical issues and taking the lead in resolving them
• Having a solid portfolio of design capabilities
• Able to express your ideas in English on daily stand-up meetings (Intermediate-advanced)
